This website, https://www.bigbendprotection.org, is operated by the Big Bend Protection Alliance (“BBPA,” “we,” “us”), a registered 501(c)(3) Texas nonprofit corporation (EIN 41-4611124). Our campaign and action website is https://nobigbendwall.com, which has its own privacy policy.
Information We Collect
This site is informational and does not require an account. We collect only standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps) through our hosting provider for security and operations.
Donations
Donations are processed by Givebutter, a third-party fundraising platform. Payment details and donor information you enter in the donation form are collected and processed by Givebutter under its own privacy policy and terms; BBPA receives donor names, contact information, and gift amounts to issue acknowledgments and tax receipts. We do not receive or store your card numbers.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to operate and secure the website, acknowledge donations, and comply with nonprofit recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
